My-HT is a private home textile ordering tool for invited FivePoint customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when authorized users access the My-HT app and related services.

Depending on your account and order activity, My-HT may process:

• Account identifiers, such as customer account numbers and user IDs.
• Contact and shipping information used for order fulfillment.
• Product browsing, cart, coupon, order, and payment status data.
• Uploaded payment receipt images, when provided by the user.
• Technical data needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

Data Sharing

My-HT is integrated with FivePoint business systems, including ERP and storage services used for order processing. We do not sell personal data and we do not use the app to track users across apps and websites owned by other companies.

Account Access

My-HT accounts are created by FivePoint administrators or sales teams. There is no public self-registration. If you need help with your account, contact your assigned FivePoint sales representative or administrator.

Retention

We retain account, order, and transaction records as needed for business operations, customer support, legal compliance, and audit requirements.
